Jingle Bell Training - Week 4


It was sunscreen week. The sun was out, but it wasn't warm enough to layout. Cool and crisp is perfect for running. So with a little bit extra for warm-up, everyone was ready to tackle the session. This session included some more pesky stairs, albeit, stationary and stretching the distances out with some 400's and 800's.

The blood was flowing through the veins in this workout to keep warm. Only 3 weeks till our race. We take a week off for the Turkey holiday, but will be back at the track here to push ourselves to new heights in 2 weeks!
