Jingle Bell Training - Weeks 2 & 3



Week 2 of the training brought out a smaller group and a soccer game to watch while venturing around the track. Not to mention extra sprints to catch up with the soccer balls after they were kicked out of bounds. The rain stopped just as we started our warm-up. Slowly but surely we are building towards our goal.



Week 3 brought out sun and fog for our session. By the end of the warm-up, folks were stripping down to their base layers to keep cool. This week caught people off guard by running in the opposite direction on the track and throwing in some stair climbing before moving onto the regular drills. The speedwork was tougher this week as well to give everyone a good push. Great job by everyone to push themselves during this workout. Less than 4 weeks till our race!
